I would like to have calyx barcode each document, so that i can scan, upload, fax ect, documents into a document managment system and have the system be able to identify and annotate each document, and put them in the correct folder based on file name.

Although I have not done this...

...I'm pretty sure you can download a barcode font. Install it so you can use it in Word. Create a Custom Form that uses your loan number formatted in the barcode font you downloaded. Use this form as a coversheet when scanning your docs.
