Reports are not able to be pulled from point.  Is this corrected in 6.0?  If not any ideas as to why this might be happening?

Also, is 6.0 supported on Citrix or Terminal Server?

Thanks

Hewissa

Reports should work just as 5.4.  are you trying to run an excel enhanced report or the previous report?

Beta,

Under my current setup in 5.4 reports won't generate.  I guess my question also pertains to custum forms, whereas you had stated earlier that the error in generating forms under 5.4 within Citrix would be corrected in 6.0.

I am unable to generate reports in 5.4.

I am unable to generate custom forms (as mentioned in the orginal post Starting from Scratch...)

Much appreciated,

Hewissa

When you say "reports won't generate", can you please elaborate? Does the user receive an error message, if so what is the error?

do you get any additional information when you click ok to that error message?

Hi Beta,

I click ok and it terminates.  I don't know how to debug so I never click cancel.  I can, if you let me know what to look for.

Thanks,

Hewissa
