Go to pds site /admin or /service using IE and install the self issued cert when you get a security alert that the cert is not valid. Then try reconnecting, sometimes it takes a few tries to get the cert to be recognized and you may need to close IE and reopen.
Make sure the security warning doesn't come up in IE as Point will not connect until IE is happy.
