| | A remote office running off of our PDS is having a problem where files are being shown as in-use even though they are not opened. In this one instance, the rep says that she didn't even open the file in question. She opened another file and made changes to it, but now the processor, the rep, and the manager are all having problems opening this one file. I have already restarted the CalyxPDSFileSync service to no avail. |

| | I found how to delete reservations and this worked. |
