Point Files Locked as In-USE Read-Only Rate Topic Display Mode Topic Options Author Message dkutchen Posted 7/10/2007 8:53:51 AM Junior Member Group: Forum Members Last Login: 8/1/2007 10:47:04 AM Posts: 21, Visits: 42 A remote office running off of our PDS is having a problem where files are being shown as in-use even though they are not opened.  In this one instance, the rep says that she didn't even open the file in question.  She opened another file and made changes to it, but now the processor, the rep, and the manager are all having problems opening this one file.  I have already restarted the CalyxPDSFileSync service to no avail.  Post #5428 dkutchen Posted 7/10/2007 2:43:14 PM Junior Member Group: Forum Members Last Login: 8/1/2007 10:47:04 AM Posts: 21, Visits: 42 I found how to delete reservations and this worked.  Post #5431 « Prev Topic | Next Topic »
