| When using the "Contact Info" tab and entering comments (memo) into the contact info area that shows "Date" / "Time" / "Comment"... When the DONE button is selected it always uses the current date and time and transfer it into the Conversation Log instead of using the Date and Time of what is in the "Date" and "Time" field. Is this a problem that you can fix? I figure if it's left blank, then it can put the current date and time in, but when we have a date and time why doesn't it use what we have in there after we hit done? |

| | Yes, I see that, I was wondering since the contact info is an extention of the conversation log, if it could just use the date that is in that contact info field. I figure if you just want to have it use the current date, don't put a date in at all. We download the contact info into access since you can't download the coversation log (in a good format). I'd like it to use the date we actually have in the "Date" field if possible. Hope this makes sense. |

| | Does anyone else use the contact info first and then "Add" it into the conversation log? See, this is where we are running into problems. We use the contact info spot first: Date:6/16/07 Comment: Emailed GFE To Client Then the next time we go into Contact Info and hit enter a new comment, it moves our 6/16/07 into the conversation log (which is fine) but it changes the date to whatever the current date is. I'd rather it use the date that we actually had in the date field first (if it's blank it could use the current date). |
