| Hi All,
I'm running:
Point 5.4
PDS 5.3
Everyone has access to templates.
I create tasks for my LO's under their .brw file, I then create reminders for the task, I then assign the task to the appropriate LO, I always get the reminder. Is there a way to for the LO to get the reminders instead?

| No currently only the user can assign reminders to them self.

| | Ok, thanks. I'd like to suggest for this to be changed in a future update. Our manager here would really like to be able to assign her employees tasks in Point, and then they get them, ...not her. Thank you for this consideration. |

| I'll mention this to our team. However we desinged reminders to explicetly prevent what you would like to do.

| | Why would you want to explicitly prohibit allowing a manager to assign tasks to employees? It seems like that would be a pretty common and important function. Without it we are forced to switch out of Point and into ACT! or Outlook to accomplish the function. Mike |

| I agree with Mike. It makes total sense to give managers this functionality. Why prevent managers from doing this?  |
