| | I need some help here. i am trying to export the names and mailing address to a form so i can do a mail letter. can you help me on this. all i am trying to do is get all of my data off and use it into a form so that i can print there name and address in a letter. is there a way to export all that info in to a form to print out each letter? thanks |

| You can generate a report. Export the report to a comma delimited file. Then use that file for Words mail merge.

| | I think these kb articles should get you 90% there This should show you how to get the report portion generated and exported for word http://kb.calyxsupport.com/kb/article.php?id=332 http://kb.calyxsupport.com/kb/article.php?id=327 this will show you how to do the word mail merge just use the exported report rather then the export template. http://kb.calyxsupport.com/kb/article.php?id=313 I don't really want another overly detailed record of how to do this in 5.4 and below. In 6.0 this will be like a one step process after every thing is setup(and the setup will only be three ish steps).
