Hi,

How does one convert a PMI coverage percentage into a "factor" to be used in the point?  I.e. the field you enter on "borrower info" -> "mtg insurance" -> 1. field.

By using your MI provider's rate chart.

They have rate charts that have a factor based on things such as coverage %, LTV, etc.
