| One of my loan officers gets this image every 5-10 minutes and is immediately kicked out of point. I have searched for the error codes and can't seem to find anything. This is very similar to the error we were getting in 5.3, but since our upgrade to 5.4a Bulid 856.48, this is the only loan officer that continues to have the problem. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks! |

| That is just the first and rather useless message from windows, if you click cancel you should get a more descriptive message from point as well as a winpointerror.log file in the winpoint folder.

So i go to another file and JUST read a credit and it give me another error and then it states what the other person said. if i hit ok, Point Crashes. If i hit cancel it goes to another error and says something about a Debugger. As i type this, its still frozen! I use cbc for credit. HELP! I need my computer back!

| I think delete the contents of the winpoint/work directory.
