Page 4 of the 1003 needs to communicate better with the GFE.  Any credits or debits on page 4 (earnest money, seller paid cc) should transfer to the GFE automatically - why would these two forms have different numbers and need to be entered manually?

Also - the debt consolidation form in marketing does not take into account escrows.  The mortgage we are refinancing may have escrows included so comparing this payment to the principal and interest payment of the new mortgage is unfair and gives an inflated savings.  The debt consolidation form should include the total payment of the new mortgage, not just the principal and interest payment.
