| | One of my loan officers computers has the "View Credit" button on page 3 of the 1003, but it is grayed out. Does anyone know what would cause this? |

| | We are having the same issue, possibly with only one loan officer. The liabilities populate, the scores are available, but can't view credit. |

| | One workaround for now is to email the credit report separately. It's usually contained in two companion files with .ECG and .ECM. These files should go with the Point pcf but there may be something wrong. All they need to do is save these files in the same folder with the Point file they downloaded. Also, if you're just sending an unencrypted Point file (no-no), they would need to save it in their Point data folder and do a reindex on that folder. If they're opening it from another location (using File > Open File), Point may not see the associated credit files.
