| When I try to add a template set to PDS, my clients get this message and the only way out is to end winpoint.exe from Task manager. I would like to keep my templates in PDS, but how? Methods I've tried. Importing. Creating Blank, then copying in data from existing template, then rebuilding Creating from Point Template, then copying in data from existing, then rebuilding. All permissions have been assigned. |

| Does it work when you have no files in your template set? how many files do you see this happening with? Any errors on your pds servers event log?

| | Creating a new empty template set and assigning a single user to it, loads very quickly. The Rebuild Stats show 287 items in the failing template list with many custom documents. In this case, I waited over 10 minutes and it stayed there. What is happening in the background when I'm seeing that message. Is it copying down the contents of the Template? The zip file in the directory is 4MB. I wouldn't expect something that small to take over 10 minutes to copy and extract. Thank you. |

| yes the zip files are being sent from the server and then extracted on the client. 4mb shouldn't take much time.
