i have a group of users that are unable to print from Point while signed in to the terminal server.

the printer is there in the control panel. they can print to it from Word and other applications, but when they try to print from Point the printer is not there as an option.

any ideas?

It is probably a permissions issue. By this I mean that Point may not have the proper permissions to print to that particular printer. You might be able to resolve that by setting the printer up as shared.

Coming from a non-security expert like me, this may not be too meaninful so if anyone else has an idea, please contribute.
