| | Hello, some of our employees are trying to Update Lenders inside of Point by going to the Help drop down from within the software. 98% of our employees are fine when they do this. However, we have a few users who get an error message about not connecting to the server. We have verified that these users are able to browse external internet sites, we have shut down Point and opened back up, we have re started the computer and still a few users get the error. Is there anything that can be done?  Thank you, Eric J. Lilly

| Check your firewall settings to make sure Point isn't being blocked on these machines. If you use Norton or similar firewall, you need to follow their instructions specifically. If you're using Windows firewall, it's a little simpler.
