I am having problems trying to interface my Point with Fannie Mae DO.  This problem has started suddenly - the interface was working fine yesterday morning, but yesterday afternoon it stopped working.

When I try to interface, I get a file download message asking me if I want to download the file ServiceRouter.aspx from desktoporiginator.fanniemae.com?

My Point version is Point-5.4a-856

My Windows version is XP professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 2.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks,

I'm getting the same message, in Point 5.4a, but from Desktop Underwriter:

Do you want to save this file?

Name: ServiceRouter.aspx

Type: Unknown File Type, 923 bytes

From: desktopunderwriter.fanniemae.com

The same thing is happening to end users in our company.  If anybody has a fix, please advise.  Thanks in advance.

We have been in contact with Fannie Mae on this issue. The problem is caused by an expired password. If you contact Fannie Mae's support, ask them to reset your password. If you give them the error you got, they might just get confused and send you to Calyx support. But we have confirmed with Fannie it's an expired password issue.
