We are just setting up Calyx and I am trying to figure out a way to have FNMA loan level price adjustments calculate?  Would a template be a way or is there an easier way?

An e.g. would be on a cash-out refinance transaction with an LTV between 70.01-80.00 then .50% would be the loan level price adjustment.  (entered as a half point in the gfe)

Or cash-out refinance transaction with an LTV between 80.01-90.00 then .75% would be the loan level price adjustment.

If you setup a loan program template in Point, you can enter max LTV/CLTV and points. I don't know if that answers your question. Let me know.

So, you are suggesting a different loan program for each price adjustment?

e.g. 30FRM O/O CO REFI 70.01-80.00

      30FRM O/O CO REFI 80.01-90.00

      30FRM INV CO REFI 70.01-80.00

Is there any way to add some macros somewhere to do this?

Nope, not at this time. The loan program characteristics are treated as separate loan programs in Point, i.e. rate, points, ltv/cltv, ratios, etc.
