| I am unable to email from Point, although the Office Outlook window opens and I can attach files to the email, but when I send, there is no history of the email, and the recpient is not getting them, including myself when I try to send one. I use Outlook express as my default email, and I have gone into the control panel to see if that is the setting, and it is. Help please, as more and more lenders are going paperless, I'm helpless!

| So Point is launching Outlook instead of your default Outlook Express. Is that correct?

| Point is doing what it is supposed to. It brought up your email program and attached the file. You might need to double check your email settings. There are no settings within Point to configure regarding email.

| | What do you mean Paula does it open the wrong email client? If so go to IE -- Tools --Internet Options -- Programs -- make sure your program is selected for Email. Also go to Start -- Settings -- Control Panel -- Mail -- And make sure only your default program is listed in here as well.
Thank you, Eric J. Lilly |
