We are able to edit custom forms and save them.  However upon closing out of the custom form we recieve the below error, has anyone seen this?

what version of Point and what version of Word are you using?

Yes, try downloading Microsoft Office Service Pack 3 (SP3). Just go to

Open Microsoft Word and click on Help > Microsoft Office Word. What does it have for version?

Try installing service pack 2 first, then load SP3

Hey Bryan,

SP2 installed fine, when I try to run SP3 I get the same message I posted above.  Also, I checked my version and it sitll shows Microsoft Word 200 (9.0.4402 SR-1).
