Hello,

The data in cardex is still available on our network following the 5.4 upgrade.  But it appears all the Categories used (appraiser, closing agent, etc) are missing).  Any ideas?  If we have a backup prior to the upgrade, would there be a way to restore, just the categories?

Also, unrelated to cardex - our Title insurance charges blanked out on the 5.4 upgrade (i believe stored in title.ini), and some of our reports dropped off the reports database.  We have a good backup on the reports, and can easily restore, but wanted to report and see if there was any known reason for this behavior.  It seems all title.ini files were cleared during upgrade.

Thank  you,

this is all related to the same issue some how information in your templates folders were overwritten.  You should be able to copy your backups into the new directory.

Cardex categories are located in template.ini
