| | Some of my users who do not have access to Secured Areas wish to increase the font on some forms like Request for Insurance because the 10 point font is too difficult to read through a fax. Is this something they can do without giving them access to Secured Areas. Is there a way I can set it globally? Thanks, |

| There doesn't seem to be a way to globally set the font size for certain forms. You could add them as custom forms. If you list the forms you want to do this with, I could convert them from PDF to Word for you.

| Thanks, but we figured it out shortly after my last post. Haven't had a chance to post the solution until now...
All we had to do was log in to Point on that computer as a user with access to secured areas, and set the custom font as desired, and it's stuck that way which is what the user wanted.

| I had thought you only wanted the font that way for some forms, but not all. Anyway, I'm glad that works for you.
