| | During our normal processing, we use two print groups. The first group, we pring 3 copies of, while the second, we print 1 copy of. The problem we are encountering since we have upgraded to 5.1 is that when we print 1 copy of the second form group, we get 3 copies of some of the documents, and 1 of the others. I will be more specific: In the first group, we have the GFE and TIL, and print 3 copies of these. No problems. We then go to the second group, which contains (in this order), page 1 and 2 of the 1003, request for title, envelope, and a custom form. We request 1 copy of this group, but when we do, we get three copies of pages 1 and 2 of the 1003, and 1 copy of everything else. Now, we have tried a few things to resolve this issue. I have re-formed the groups, rearranged the items in the group (we ended up getting 3 envelopes instead), printed group 2 first and group 1 second, and a couple other things, to no avail. If anyone could assist with this problem, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you. -Bob |

| does this happen if you try to just print group 2? What happens if you print group 2 then group 1?

| I was thinking along the same line and so tried this as well. The print dialog shows one copy, yet it continues to recreate the problem. It is quite persistant. The first thing in the form group (pages 1 and 2 of the ap) is the thing that it prints 3 copies of, which is what perplexes me most, since this is what should, if anything, print the one copy I have indicated. |

| | Try using an alternate driver, such as, a post script driver or other one. If you have already tried the most updated current drive, just try a different printer driver. I hope your not using on of those monster machines, xerox, minolta printers slash fax slash copier slashs shredder lol

| | I just added a new post on this same issue. It's only one person out of the 100 Point 5.1 users that this happens to. |
