I just received my copy of Point 5.2 and I love the changes. I think it my borrowers will finally be able to print and sign the loan application .

Great Job Calyx!

Shame on Calyx for not providing customers with Form 1003 download!!!!  Just spoke with Tech Support and they informed me that I must upgrade to 5.2 by next Saturday in order to be compliant with FreddieMac and FannieMae's requirements!!!!  So, being that it takes a solid 30 minutes to get support on the phone.....what happens when I go ahead and upgrade to 5.2 and it bombs just like 5.1 did????!!!!!

VERY disgruntled customer!!!!!

Ok I've been all over the forms and can't find the 4506 or 4506t.

Go to File > Print. Scroll down the Forms window, look for "Tax Return Request - Copy of Tax Return". You'll see the 4506 and 4506-T. They are print-only forms, where the borrower data flows from borrower information screen.

Thanks, never thought to look there. I was looking at the forms pull down list at the top menu bar which is where you would expect to find all forms.

Yeah, I don't know why they didn't include it on the Forms menu to make locating the form easier. But glad I could help you out.

Now that you've found it, you'll see that it's out of date. The IRS revised the 4506-T in November.

I can't find the 2005 Loan Application in the list of forms to print. When the form was updated in 2005, the 2004 application stuck around, and I need to print out a 2005 application but I can't figure out how.

There was a message posted in this forum about copying .FRM files from the PCL directory and adding a form group, but all that produced was a blank page when I did a print preview.

I'd hate to think you completely deleted the 2005 loan application, because I still need to print one for a weird deal!
