| | We've noticed that the PMI is off by different amounts, but on a $100,000.00 loan it's about $0.40 per month. The difference is between what you calculate on the GFE in Point, and what's actually printed (you can also see the difference in the print preview). On this loan, the PMI is $80.00/month on the screen, but $79.60 on the printout. I tired creating a blank file but couldn't replicate the error. I had to go into one that already had data populated in order to get this, so it may be related to something in another field. I have a sample file I can send if it's needed. |

| Sorry, I don't have anything new to report. All I know is it's very odd and should not be doing what it is. I will keep you posted.

| | Okay, I just had one more thing to add. The person that does our documentation has been running our TILs through ARTA and found that in some cases the problem with the PMI causes the APR to be out of tolerance. This was an issue the auditors brought to our attention during our last audit (when we were having similar problems with v5.3). So if anyone has a loan with PMI you might try and get some way to verify the APR before giving it to the customer. If nothing else the OCC has a program called APRWIN that's a free download. http://www.occ.treas.gov/aprwin.htm |

| | Has anyone looked into this? We've installed the 6.0a update but it didn't seem to fix the problem. |

| | bump... running 6.0b in a PDS enviornment. A specific example of the problem would be: Loan App pg 2 and GFE line 1002 have the Lock boxes checked and an amount of 47.53 entered. When you print the loan app or the gfe, the amount changes to 47.32. Is there any fix to this?

| | For those that have been keeping up with this: I got back in touch with Calyx yesterday and they informed me that Point v6.1 is due out in May and will have this problem fixed. |
