Thanks in advanced for your help.  Is there a way to have the bottom portion of the Truth in Lending filled in from a master template without running the server software?  I've got version 5.2 that I'm running on my local machine and the Calyx website said something about how you can import a template to have items such as filing fees, prepayment clauses, late charges, etc.., but it sounds like it's something that you import after already opening a file.  I guess I was hoping that there was a way to have that filled in upon opening a new prospect file "from Master".  Is there a way?

Create a master template first.

1. Click the Templates tab
2. Select Borrower Master and choose New
3. Go to Forms > Truth-in-Lending and complete the bottom of the screen as you need to. Save the template and give it filename that you can easily reference later.
4. When you create a new file, click the button "From Master" to load in the master template defaults when the new loan is created.

Hope that helps.

Thanks,

Cheers!  I have a habit of making things harder then they need to be.  Thank you so much for your input!
