I've scanned most of the posts here and I can't find an answer, so I've decided to just post my question and am going to hope it's not a re-post of a previous question.

Basically, I'm asking if anyone has had any experience with uploading loans from Calyx/Point to a major servicing system (the old CPI (I believe it's now Fidelity National), Fiserv, OSI, etc.) and how do they accomplish this feat?

Currently we manually key each loan to our servicing system, but I'm interested in researching whether there is functionality 'out there' for exporting or uploading data from Calyx/Point to our servicing system.

Thank you for any advice, in advance.

I am not sure if this will work for you (never used Point to upload to a servicing system), but you might try building an export to a delimited file, then import the delimited file into your servicing system (assuming you can import tab delimited files into your servicing system).

We could try that.

I was hoping that we weren't the only lender using Calyx as our LOS and having a challenge boarding the loan to the end servicing system.  I'd just hate to re-invent the wheel if someone else is in the same position.

Calyx interfaces with servicing software

ABS - The Mortgage Office
DISC - LOANLEDGER
Lender Support Loanbase Servicer
Trakker

These interfaces can be found in Point by going to Interfaces > Loan Servicing. These interfaces interact with 3rd party software provided by the above-mentioned companies.

I manage the interfaces found under "Services" menu in Point, and would love to speak with you regarding what you need in Point in this area. The next release of Point is coming out with the ability to order Title Reports and VOE/VOI through The Work Number.
