I'm running 5.3 and it isn't installing the converter.  Any suggestions?

I wish.  Point installs just as you'd expect but when I look in Printers and Faxes it just isn't there.

Go to your c:\winpoint folder, and run install.exe. Let me know what it shows.

That got rid of Error Code 2 but I still get the other 3 errors.

What OS are you running the install.exe on?

Please do a search for cdintf250.dll on your system and let me know where it finds this file.
