| | After applying the 5.3a patch, all of the Calyx forms I have tested (GFE, 1003, Req for Appraisal, all of them so far) print out blank, that is, the borrower's information is printed out where it would be on a complete form, but all of the headings, divider lines, and everything else that is a "static" part of the form is missing and prints out blank. The end result is a page with all the borrower's info laid out just where it should be, but everything else that should "always be there" is missing. If I copy the 5.3 winpoint.exe back to the program folder (post-patch) and run that, everything works fine and all the forms print out as they should. As far as I can tell, the only file changed by the 5.3a update is winpoint.exe, but apparently something else related to the patch is happening behind the scenes that is causing this problem. Reinstallation and re-patching is a painful last resort. I'll be trying that out after I'm satisfied that nothing else helps, should that prove to be the case. Baffled, DT. |

| | I've had the same sort of thing happen except all the headers and lines and boxes print but not the borrower info. I just close point and reopen or print to a different printer and all is well. |
