| | I've set up a custom form for an open house flyer and when I try to send the data from Calyx to Word, I am getting blanks for the ALT1 & ALT2 programs (example: fields 20063 20062 20060, etc...). When I look at the Loan Comparison in Calyx, those fields have data in there. Any ideas why it transfers the original but not the alternatives? Any idea how to get it to transfer the chosen picture as well? (Field 7402) Thanks. |

| | Hi there, The field id's that are mentioned are incorrect, the real field id's for the ALT 1 and ALT 2 actually start at 9000. To locate the exact field ids, follow these steps: 1. Open the Winpoint folder
2. Locate and open the FIELDID.XLS file
3. Select column B and then go to Edit, Find, type in Alternative
4. Click Find Next a couple of times then you'll see Alternative 1 Program Name That will be field id 9000, just look at the following lines to get the correct field id's for your export. Hope this helps! Ron

| | Following your notes above, I did find the fields for the loan alternative 1 and 2 and 3. However, in the custom form these fields are not pulling. I watched our assistant fill in the field description apparently properly. Still, the form did not populate. Any help is appreciated. |
