I am passing

Estimated Value = 801 = $250,000

Purchase Price = 800 = $250,000

Loan Amount = 819 (and have tried 11) = $200,000

Down Payment = 525 = Not entered

When I print my 1003, the loan amount is 250000 because it is a calculated field.  How can I force the value of $200,000?

Is there an "order of operations" when adding fields to the import definition?  When I re-add this field (in addition to the existing line) to the end of my import definition, the Loan Amount figures "sticks" in the app.  There are no conflicts with either the Import Code (819) or the "Column in File".  Both values are unique throughtout the app.

I would love to send my import definition to someone to look over to see where it is going awry.

If this is a purchase transaction, calculate the down payment and enter it into 525 and the loan amount will be calculated correctly. If it's a refinance, make sure that field is set properly and the loan amount shouldn't recalculate.
