1.) I created another data folder for closed files . Any data folder one creates seems that will always by default have a "Borrower" and a "Prospect" folder .  I don't see any logic in having a prospect folder under the closed data folder..... can you comment?  Also, is there any configuration that can be done to remove the prospect option on the interface for a specific data folder ?  What was the thinking as far as file structure with the way the computer is set up .... perhaps there is a more logical way to store files that I am not thinking of.

2.) In the Calyx window interface, when you just enter search and get the database to come up is there any way to add a column that would show the status of the file ( closed, open or blank ) from the general tracking ?  I am aware that you can generate a report with various criteria based on the tracking info entered ...

what are you looking for other than what already appears on the screen under the column "Loan Status" which is based on dates being entered into the General tracking screen?

"MMM Yeah, I'm going to need you to go ahead and come in on Saturday."

When I just hit search I don't get the "loan status" column to show .... I only get the following columns :

Last Name ,  First Name,   File Name,  Rep Name,  Contact Date

How do I add the "Loan status" column ?

what version of Point are you running? I believe this field was added in version 5.2 but it could have been 5.1, they are all running together lately.

Go to Utilities > Search/Display Settings and click on Extended Search Options tab. Then placea check in the data folders for which only those fields are appearing, choose OK then OK again.
