| We're getting the following error when using a Custom Form with either the Save as PDF or Email as PDF output options selected. Printing to paper works fine.
AutoWord Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup. Try one or more of the following: *Check the printer by printing a test page from Windows. *Make sure the printer is turned on and online. *Reinstall the printer driver. We're trying to email as PDF. Thanks, |

| How many custom forms are you trying to print at once? Does the error occur when printing a single form? How about multiple forms?

| | For emails being sent inside the office, we usually print only one form at a time. When sending documents to clients we print many forms at once. The error occurs only on some machines, and only when specific forms are used. Most of the machines print all of the forms correctly every time. |

| | We're still having this issue. With version 5.3, we get a different error code than we got in 5.2a. The resolution says to send it again, but it's not helping - we're getting the error code every time we try to email as PDF or save as PDF with a custom form. Can you tell me specifically what setting is changed after the first time that fixes the issue? Thanks,

Error: Code -30, Printer not activated. Point v.5.3 Cause: This error occurs in Point version 5.3 the first time you try to send a Custom Form by e-mail. Resolution: E-mail the custom form again. This error only occurs the first time a Custom Form is generated as a .PDF document. - In the error message window, click OK.
- E-mail the Custom Form again.

| | Try this: 1) Go to Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes 2) Find Amyuni Document Converter, right-click and delete it. 3) Do the same for Calyx Document Converter; right-click and delete it. 4) Go to Start > Run, then type c:\winpoint\install.exe, click OK. 5) Let the installation complete. 6) Try to email the forms again.

| We had the same problem when trying to email and occasionally when saving as PDF. We found that it is an issue with SQL security blocking the mail merge.

| | Error Code 30 is a timeout error message. Check for any type of security that would stop Point from accessing Word for the mail merge. I know Norton Anti Virus has a Word module that causes this problem. |
