Hi,

Does anyone know of the best way to print the conversation log?

There has to be a better way than copy and paste into word.

Any ideas?

Sure. Follow these steps.
  1. Open the loan file that you wish to print the conversation log for.
  2. Click File, then select Print.
  3. On the Forms tab, the fourth item down the list is Conversation Log.
  4. Select Conversation Log.
  5. Click Print.
  6. Click OK on the Print window.

One of our LO's stations does not contain the Conversation Log in the print dialogue. I verifed she has the same version of Point as everyone else (5.3a).

Any idea on how to get it added to her list?

Thanks,

I assume you are using Point Security.  A user must have " Access to 'Secured Areas' " for this form to show up as a Print option under Forms.  There are other ways to resolve the problem but you should probably stick with the default settings.  If this is causing a problem you should post a suggestion to Calyx on how you would like it to change.

You're right. This isn't good. We try to lock it down as much as we can. LOs and Processors should be able to print the conversation log regardless of access to secured areas.

Without secured area access, LOs cannot delete a conversation log entry (which is a good), but they can still edit them (which is bad).
