Is there a way to populate a field in a custom form based on the person currently logged into Point?

Such as, if John Doe logs into Point and prints a custom form, can I print his Name and Title somewhere on that form?

Thanks

There is currently no way to add the logged in user to a custom form.  I will pass the suggestion on to our team.

Thank you,

I REALLY like this idea.

In case it helps to have user support when passing on suggestions.

The more people who request something, the more likely it is to be implemented. Just curious, what purpose does it fulfill to add the logged in user's name on the form?

Hi,

I think that this is a great idea.

the purpose:

One example is a fax cover sheet. Rather than having one form for each person, you could have one form that looks up the user's info and auto populates it.

It's good for marketing forms too.
