| Well here I am asking yet another stupid question. In Reports,I am trying to exclude status DENY and CANC files from my report. If I build a report condition that says "equal to" DENY or CANC, I get only those files with status equal to DENY or CANC, BUT if I change the condition to "NOT equal to", I still get DENY or CANC files (along with all other status, too). Detailing the bigger picture, I am using Estimated closing dates on all files for a date range of roughly a month. I am looking for a way to exclude ony DENY and CANC status only in this report. Any Ideas?
Thanks for your help,
John Hoopes

| | Use "and" for "not equal to" and "or" for "equal to". That should straighten it out. |

| | if you set the first condition to not equal DENY set the second condition to not equal CANC (make sure you selected "and") This should work fine you should see the following in the grid after you have closed the condition dialog box cn: NOT = 'CANC'cd:AND cn: NOT = 'DENY'
