| Hey all. As you may have figured out we are having a problem is one of our remote offices who is connecting to 5.2 through citrix using ica client for win32. The normal forms (i.e. 1003/Equal Credit Opp Act) are printing some information mirrored and upside down. I am not quite sure what to make of this, prior to connecting via Citrix this office was on 5.0 and could print to the printer just fine. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Other programs print fine, and custom forms (created in Word for Point) print fine as well.

| jbruett,
I have found a fix for this problem. I don't know why the latest Point is having this problem, but it seems to be across the board with nearly all of our printers in the office and our home users.
We are using Citrix and Point together. In the server software add the print drivers for every printer with which you are having this particular problem.
Start | Control Panel | Printers and Faxes | File | Server Properties | Driver
Add the driver (either Windows print drivers or downloaded drivers). The client must have the same version of print driver as the one used in Citrix. This fixes the problem. It is a bit messy, but it works as a workaround.
