When we run a report that includes the estimated close date field, we get the following error:

Unable to convert field: 6075 in file: I:\PNTDATA\BORROWER\31063054.brw from value: 04/31/2006 to type: System.DateTime
String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.

This is a little perplexing because Point automatically formats the field when the date is entered, so even putting in "4/31/06" results in "04/31/2006".
I would like to avoid deleting and re-creating the file if possible.
Thanks for any help or info!

4/31/06 is not a valid date.  April 2006 only has 30 days not 31.

Don't feel bad... I've had to fix this exact same problem for 75% of my loan officers.

You aren't alone.

Right. The reports generator is not very intelligent in this regard especially since the date picker already knows that April hath only 30 days, not 31 (click the Date icon).  Why then does it let me type in 4/31/06? Not all of us remember which months have how many days.
