HI,

I need to create a custom form to replace Calyx's Appraisal and Title Request Forms.  The current forms use the address and phone number from what is stored in company default/what is on the bottom of application page 4.  Our processing is sometimes done out of a different office than where its originated so the two addresses could be different.  I have no problem setting up the form.

I was told that i could set up POINT to print my custom versions instead of Calyx version when choosing to print the Calyx version. 

1. Is this correct?

2.  If that can be done, will tracking still be updated to show the date the form was ordered (printed)?

3.  How do I set that up?

2.  If that can be done, will tracking still be updated to show the date the form was ordered (printed)? >>>> No but you could have your users select Print Preview of the Calyx Form in order to get that date in

3.  How do I set that up? >>>Within Point Select the Templates Tab and the Option Custom Forms . At this Point use the feature to build a Form. Use the Online help or Manual to guide you through it. Its very simple.

Hi THanks for responding. 

I'm not sure if you understood my question. I know how to create custom forms.  My question has to do with changing the .ini file to print my custom form instead of POINT's form.  In other words.  When users go to FORMS> Request for Appraisal, then select print, i want it to print my custom form instead of the Calyx version.

so do your answers still apply?  If so, What is the answer to #3 from earlier post?

I do not know of any way to fake the ini to print a custom Form instead of a Point Form.
