| | when you revise a GFE some lenders require additional verbiage specifically noting those changes be added PTD [prior to documents]and signed by the borrower PTF[prior to funding]. e.g. I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THE FEE(S) LIST ABOVE HAVE BEEN ADDED OR INCREASED FROM THOSE FEES LISTED ON THE INITIAL GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE. I HEREBY ACCEPT ALL FEE(S) LISTED ON THIS GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE It would be nice to have a field on the GFE where that verbiage can be pasted as currently we have to add the required verbiage manually or with a typewriter[what's that?]. If that functionality exists I am missing it. I appreciate any feedback or info re: similar experience. Thanks -patrick CA/NV brokerage
