My thoughts on this started out as " I wonder does anyone have a W9 Form already made up?".  So finding a W9 tax form is my first item of business.  Does anyone have a W9 form?  Please contact me.

Second thought was do "we" as the community of Calyx Point users have a repository of custom forms?  If not why not?

Perhaps Caylx would act as host?

Back to the W9 tax form.  If no one has it, I will first have to scan it into a picture format.  Then place it into Word as a picture.  Push it to the FAR background and allow text on top of it.  Then line up my Calyx fields with the blank form fields (in the background).  This method is far easier than trying to build tables and approxiamate a complex form.

So if someone has a W9 form already made, it would save alot of work.  If not, I'll create one and offer it up as the first in the repository.
