We are at Point v5.2 and we have custom forms that print embedded data from the wrong record. When we print a form group, or the form by itself, occasionally, the form will print data from a record that the user does not have security access to (we tested). Could the form printing process be getting lost as it switches from one set of forms to another as the printout continues? We are not sure how the data was accessed by the printing function, since the record the data came from was access denied to the user doing the printing. This happens once or twice a week, to different users. We run Point on our network - the PNTDATA and PNTTEMPL folders are on our server and shared to all users. Could there be an .ini file that has old data in it somehow that is not being updated by the new print request? We are mystified!! Any ideas on a solution or a test that would help find a solution would be appreciated.
Thanks!!!
Tony
