I have been getting reports from all of my branch offices that entries in the Cardex are disappearing.  This just started on Monday and they are losing more data as the days go by.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  I don't think that it a malicious employee because all the branch offices use a different Cardex that is hosted on there respective server, and no branches have access to the other branches Cardex file.

Could they discribe the missing data? are they adding new recordes that are not showing up? or Are they not seeing recordes that have been in the system for a long time?

I just found out that a user was pushing out and updated cardex to all the branches instead of just one not realizing that they were seperate from one another with different data in each.  Thanks though!
