In v. 4.3a we have always been able to print our custom forms. Just recently (no changes have been made) we get the following error message every time we try to print:

Printer Driver for Custom Doc Could Not Be Initialized

All other aspects work fine and I need to be able to print these forms. We have reinstalled Word XP and the point software.

Any words of wisdom?
