Fannie Mae Import Error in 5.2:

Anyone have a clue what this could mean?  We have Internet, and can get to the site. 

Edited to add that this appears to only be happening with one particular computer (and possibly loan)...

Typically that error means the casefile ID is not found.  Was this loan a copy of a previous loan?
