We are having a similar problem on our W3k terminal server.  We do not have Citrix installed. We have given full rights to the work folder and we are still having an issue.  Is it possible an issue with the registry?

In addition to my previous post, we have about 20 remote users all using Point on the terminal server at the same time.  Could this be an issue if they try to print at the same time?

it would only be an issue if all 20 users are sharing a common winpoint\work directory.

There is only one c:\winpoint\work folder on the terminal server.  Is there a way to setup a different c:\winpoint\work folder for each of the 20 different users?

Not with Pont directly but you can search this messageboard for how others have done this and see what would work best for you.
