I created a cover letter that I want to automatically print the current date, as a kind of date stamp feature since the TIL/GFE in Calyx don't automatically print with the date. I put the current date in the Word template, but it isn't updating when I print the form out of a loan a day later.

Does anyone have a solution for this, or know if there is a field code I can use for current date in Calyx?

Thank you.

By "put the current date in" do you mean that in Word, you clicked on Insert/Date and Time?

"MMM Yeah, I'm going to need you to go ahead and come in on Saturday."

Yep, that's what I mean. I've noticed just within Word it doesn't always automatically update the form after inserting the date, but it's easy enough to change it before you print if it hasn't refreshed. However, I can't do that when printing from Calyx.

Thank you.

Not sure which version of Word you have but...

When in Word and you select insert, date and time the window that pops up should have a little box that needs to be checked which says "Update automatically".

Thank you for the tip - maybe I need to check the user stations individually and make sure that is checked. I'll try that next.
