In 5.2, we note that if the only liability on the Continuation Sheet of the 1003 is a Mortgage then when the Print selection "Loan Application-All" the continuation sheet does not print.

If any other liability type, the Continuation sheet does print when "Loan Application-All" is selected.

5.2 Bug or what?

We have had this same issue on the asset sheet pulling over a 4th bank account to print on page 5: assets/liabilities

I have a 7th item in the liabilities that is a revolving charge. When I select print all for the 1003 the continuation sheet (with this 7th liability item) does not print. If you do a print preview it is not there either.

Looks like 5.2 has a bug here. I did find that when I entered a blank asset and liability just by clicking on New and entering nothing the 4th asset and 7th liability showed up

Did anyone find a fix to this problem?  I am experiencing it as well.

bump

this is still an issue with 5.4. The 1003 states page _ of 5. If you do not have a need for the continuation sheet, it doesnt print but the page numbers still read _ of 5. I have branches complaining that underwriting is stipping for page 5 and they are printing the Loan App - All. I hate to have to change my print groups to print each continuation page just so that the branches get a blank page 5 (which would actually print out 4 page 5s).

Any ideas? Bryan, can this be taken to the deveolpment team as an issue for 5.5 (6.0)?

I will let them know. I believe the borrower still needs to sign page 5 even if blank, it has signature lines. So you would like page 5 automatically added if Loan App - All is selected. Correct?

yes, otherwise, we end up with underwriter or investor stips for it.

thanks

If you don't mind printing the blank continuation page in addition to any needed continuation pages...

...if you are using Master Files, add a return character to Page 5 in the master file.

...if you are using Form Groups, add the continuation sheet to the print group right after Loan App - All.

Regards,
