| | This has been an issue since 5.1 and not corrected in 5.2, I see. We use a Form Groups Print Selection for our loan application packet which includes both Calyx Forms and Custom Forms. The Custom Forms print in the order where I placed them and print correctly on letter paper. All the Calyx Forms print in the order where I placed them but print on LEGAL paper!!?? The Custom and Calyx forms are alternating so this is not happening after a legal form has been printed as I read in another post. Is there any way to correct this? Thanks, Michelle |

| Give this a shot and let me know how it turns out. I think it will solve your issue.

| | I do not have a problem with my custom forms...they print correctly on letter paper. It's the Calyx forms that are printing on legal: the ECOA, Fair Lending, Right to Receive Appraisal, Patriot Act. They print only this way in Form Groups. What DID work is your suggestion to click the box to "Print in order of Paper Size". We'll live with it for now. Thanks, Michelle |

| What is order of the forms in your print group? What is the make and model of your printer? Do you have the paper source settings setup in Point? (File > Paper Sources)?

| In File/Paper Sources, do you have the box "Print Letter as Legal" checked?
"MMM Yeah, I'm going to need you to go ahead and come in on Saturday." |

| | The paper source is not set up. I did not have to do that in the past. I guess now I do? The order is: Custom - Letter, GFE - Legal, TIL - Legal, Custom - Letter, ECOA - Legal, Fair Lending - Legal, RTRA - Legal, Custom - Letter, Patriot Act - Legal, Custom - Letter. The printer is a Lanier LD122. |

| | Since adding the functionality to print all forms in the specified order, sometimes the paper tray selection gets messed up when the paper source settings are not defined properly in Point. In the File > Paper Sources dialog in Point, you should have the following tray options for the Ricoh Lanier: Auto Tray Select Bypass Tray Tray 1 Tray 2 Tray 3 First choose "Auto Tray Select" for legal, and "Auto Tray Select" for letter, then try to print your form group. I don't know exactly what paper size you have in each tray. But on each printer tray there should be a number in the front to indicate the tray no. If "Auto Tray Select" doesn't work, then select the actual tray no. for each paper size in the paper source dialog. You may have to play with the paper source settings until you find the combination that works.
