| | Several of my users are having problems interfacing with FNMA since the update to 5.2. The progress bar moves slowly across the screen, but they never hit FNMA. They can hit the site directly, but not through Calyx. I have confirmed their IE version (6.0, sp1), deleted cookies and internet files, added www.fanniemae.com and wwww.efanniemae.com as trusted sites. Am at a loss for what to do next. Any suggestions? |

| | I'm having this exact issue on a Windows XP client. Tried clearing internet temporary files, resetting IE security settings, etc. and it still hangs on me. I'm running Windows XP and the latest Point 5.2a. I've been on hold for Calyx over 30 minutes now... Any solution to this?? |

| Add me to the list, ran the 5.2a patch yesterday morning. Have been having issues today getting findings through DU interface in Point. The users click on the link to display findings and the second window pops up but it's blank. I can refresh (clikc the refresh button or hit F5) and it displays the findings and they can print etc.
Workstations have Windows XP Pro SP1a and Point 5.2a |

| You might want to check and see if there is any firewall software( including xp's ) or proxy software that might be interfering. Are you able to see if the request to the fnma server ever takes place?

| | I am having the same problems with Point just hanging on the Fannie Mae DO interface. It just hangs. I let it sit for about 10 minutes and nothing. We are able to access the fannie mae website and process that way, but it is just not the best way to do this. Any help would be appreciated. |
