| | A couple of my co-workers have reported today that the FHA upfront MIP is not calculating correctly in 5.2. On the Details of Transaction section of the 1003, the upfront MIP is not being added to the costs. A credit is given, but no charge. Also, on the GFE, the MIP doesn't show up at all. The only way that we've been able to get around this, at the moment, is to "lock" and manually input the upMIP on pg 4 of the 1003 to get it to calculate correctly. Is there anyone else out there who is having this problem? The VA appears to be working correctly. |

| | Yes, we have found that you must also go into the Good Faith Estimate page and click on line item 902 to put in (or pull in the rate from the drop down) ignore the amount shown as MtgIns/Mo and NOT check the monthly basis box. The information from the Mortgage Insurance screen on prospect/borrower page does not flow to the GFE or the Details of Transaction (nor does it flow back from the GFE to the Mortgage Insurance Screen on prospect/borrower page. |

| | We are experiencing the same problem. Has anyone seen a fix for this or received a response back from Calyx yet? I e-mailed the problem to them yesterday but only got an automated response. |

| | We use the FHA/VA MIP fields for USDA loans as well and we are also having trouble. Any news from Calyx on a fix? |

| | There's another problem with MIP; if you have an unmarried co-borrower, no matter what you do, you can't get the MIP to stay in the Mortgage Insurance Box on the borrower info screen. |

| | We are also experiencing the same problem. Is there any idea when next week a patch will be made available. |

| The workaround posted by user "vmatheny" will work for now. Our team is discussing providing a patch for this issue and others. I'll have more information on a timeline at some point next week.

| mijrlj: I'm not seeing the problem you are describing. I entered MIP on the co-borrower's borrower information screen, and the MIP still shows. Please eleborate.
