| The custom form PCD file is not the problem. Something's wrong with the way autoword.exe is communicating with Word 2003. Browse to c:\winpoint, and find the autoword.exe program. Right-click and choose Properties, click the Compatibility tab. Make sure none of the checkbox options are checked. If that looks good, then update Word update to the latest service pack. This should fix the problem. You can check for updates in Word by clicking Help > Check for Updates.

| | I have a similar problem with the exception that I cannot open, import or add a new custom form. I have check the compatability and updates with Word to no avail. I have even tried uninstalling and re-installing the program, still no luck. When I initially installed and created the custom forms it worked, then all went south. Any ideas. Thanks krwade |
